For most of us, 9/11 was a bolt from the blue, temporarily shocking us out of our complacency. Now, six years later, we go on with our lives, and remember those who are no longer with us because of those events. We mark this day with ceremonies for those lost in New York City and Washington, D.C. -- and in a field in Pennsylvania.
It is also a day to ask "Can the next 9/11 be prevented?"
In 1983, America's psychic spies warned of the use of an airplane as a bomb to attack the U.S. Capital Building. They reported that the name of the pilot would sound like "Jerry, Gerard, or Geraldo." The 9/11 hijacker piloting Flight 93 was Ziad Jarrah. Flight 93 failed to reach a target in Washington, D.C.
In 1986 as part of official tasking CY8608 by the Defense Intelligence Agency SUN STREAK program, one of America's psychic spies reported a vision, following "burning and loud noises, almost like banging. Focus is then averted to Washington, D.C. and the White House. There is a feeling of great sadness within the crowd, while at the same time almost like relief. The sadness has been occasioned because of the death of military personnel who were killed while aborting an air attack directed at Washington."
This same psychic spy reported about events in New York City:
"Site is a massive grey smooth structure. It has a stepped or different level feeling ... Newspaper headlines have something to do with a collapse of a building -- a lot of people hurt or injured. I also sense a feeling of panic, people scrambling and perhaps something to do with an aircraft ... I see the object may cause structural damage as it crashes through the building. All of this takes place sometime in the future."
On September 11th, 2001, the future attacks were realized as two commercial jet aircraft crashed into the World Trade Center, leading to structural failure and collapse of the buildings. In Washington, D.C. a third plane hit the Pentagon, taking the lives of military personnel. A fourth plane crashed into a field, ending a mission intended to strike either the U.S. Capital or the White House.
And today America's psychic spies are seeing mushroom clouds over major cities, even as senior homeland security officials discuss reconstruction following nuclear attacks on our ports.
In hindsight, while it is true that CY8608 was tasked at near-future events taking place in NYC during the summer of 1986, tasking officers realized that changes in protocol risked the temporal focus of the psychic data, which we now suspect allowed imagery from fifteen years into the future to appear mixed with the 1986 results.
It appears that the tasking officers made two errors of protocol.
The first was to generalize the target:
"IF A TERRORIST INCIDENT IS GOING TO OCCUR WHICH MAY BE PREVENTED OR BLUNTED, DESCRIBE THE TARGET"
The second was analytical overlay that forced the remote viewing images and impressions to conform to preconceived notions about the nature of the target coming from current events in 1986. The previous tasking assignment CY8607 was targeted at the bombing by the United States of Libya. This is likely the reason data concerning Libya is mixed with the 9/11-like images.
In spite of the strange mixture of events from 1986 and 9/11-like images, the following information was provided in the summary from intelligence analysts:
"NYC will be a target of an unexpected terrorist attack, by air [2001] and ground [1993] led [by] suicide-forces in the early morning [9/11] There will be a number of people there, both American and foreign, and [live] television coverage, followed by international repercussions. Washington will also be a target, simultaneously with (the) primary targets (being) the White House, and the Pentagon."
The intended target of Flight 93 may have been either the White House or the U.S. Capital building.
Other details are found in the raw notes written by CY8608 Source 21, and are not mentioned in the summary. Source 21 identified a collapse caused by an airplane crashing through a building. Source 21 also identified a somber ceremony to honor the fallen that prevented an air attack from reaching an intended target in Washington.
Several CY8608 Sources mention aircraft, including the kind of planes the hijackers used to survey targets, and jet aircraft. The identification of pilots, secret plots, and civilian aircraft similar to those used in training of the 9/11 pilots are also mentioned in the notes.
