We have compiled images from CIA-released STAR GATE documents about the CIA and DIA remote viewers, also known as "psychic-spy" sources tasked to use AMP -- anomalous mental phenomena -- to access information not available to ordinary senses. Most of the documents presented here were classified SECRET prior to their release following Congressionally mandated review.

Thirty four years and millions of dollars later, CIA documents reveal the amazing success and dismal failures of the Star Gate program, the formerly top secret intelligence agency programs used to "remote view" information that couldn't be accessed by any normal means of collection. Starstream Research has uncovered new files strongly suggesting that America's psychic intelligence agents were picking up information warning of the rise of Usama bin Ladin and the devastating attacks of September 11, 2001. The latest finds include a CIA released DIA document that identifies "Project 911" and drawings that strongly resemble Usama bin Ladin before and after the 9/11 attacks. Star Gate files pointing to the 9/11 events are only the beginning. An interesting coincidence?

New evidence has surfaced from the STAR GATE files, proving that the DIA tasked their remote viewers to view future headlines. Starstream Research has made an intriguing discovery: A Defense Intelligence Agency Source identified "Project 911" years before the events of September 11, 2001:

"Following the Sept. 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center, the Archivist asked Access Services in Moody Library to save newspapers related to this event. Normally, newspapers are discarded when the microfilm arrives. Jerry Herring saved the papers for the week following the tragedy with the approval of Linda Cobb, Head of Access Services. Project 9-11 is the BCPM's attempt to preserve as much of the original, as well as continuing, publications concerning the attacks."

Temporal overlay is a distortion or misinterpretation caused by inserting the remote viewed mental data into the context of the present moment. Project "P" was tasked to test the ability of the military remote viewers to see into the future. Test targets were selected, primarily newspaper headlines and a time coordinate was also set several days into the future. Targeting of specific times failed to produce accurate information, but the remote viewed data about target locations now appears to have been mostly correct.

"If closed timelike lines exist, then a type of superluminal communication must also exist. Applying the same analysis as I did in the case of time travel, one finds that the 'superluminal' signals can emerge in another universe. I have not investigated the matter further, but I conjecture that, as I proved in the time travel case, they *must* emerge in another universe, at least in a wide class of interesting cases."
