Secrecy and the Dark World of the Government Phenomenologist

The powers that be, those that supervise intelligence operations and disclosure of  government interests and applications of phenomenology, are operating in the darkness.

Starstream Research maintains close contact with a private party that has
provided us with evidence that he interacts with a high ranking government officer and an independent government consultant. In spite of these close connections
this person has yet to provide any evidence demonstrating how much they know
versus their personal insightful intuition. I suspect that they rely primarily on "just the facts" when it comes down to the core reality of the situation.

Starstream Research has confirmed that at least one high ranking government
consultant is aware of the 'telepathic' phenomenology problem, having detected a non-endogenous signal in the brain.

The 'telepathic' internet is certainly the first logical place to look for the nuts and bolts crowd, given the immediate mixing of signals and personal identity that results. The reality of the 'telepathic internet' then points to a deeper phenomenology, the cosmic internet or group mind of the universe; and from that 'solution' to the information network one may also infer a greater multiverse network; in that network coherence of the mind-net forms structure across the multiverse of all possible worlds.

The telepathic situation is therefore at the heart of the "core story"; it reappears in the Skinwalker data and forms the basis of the simulated universe. Mind apprehends appearances but the underlying network is the foundation of existence. When we query the grand database of the 'telepathic' internet, the mind apprehends a slice of the underlying activity supporting the reality of our perceptions.

Recently Starstream Research has examined official documentation
supporting two 'intuitive' claims made by a Starstream Research consultant
in 1999:

[1] American interest in jamming foreign remote viewing

[2] Soviet work in remote killing via bio-chemical disruption using 'telepathics' to target emotional centers in the brain.

The 'dark side' of this activity appears to be supported by an overall archetypal intelligence.

The secrecy that encloses the deep secret of phenomenology is motivated by
the need to remain in darkness, and is a suckling to the archetypal dark force. Disclosure may remain as the only final remedy to this problem. As long as our government phenomenologists remain concealed behind the facade of secrecy the will also remain protected, and restricted by the archetype of darkness.
