Reality check #1: Are
ultra-terrestrial beings actually interfering with human affairs?
Beatriz Gato-Rivera writes, "The fact that our
civilization has never been attacked by aggressive aliens, as far as history
knows, could be a clue that we belong to a non-aggressive advanced
civilization which protects planet Earth, as part of its territory."
Informational channels recorded and reported by various sources suggest
extra-human intervention, or at least unique anticipatory aspects of the
human mind previously untapped.
Gato-Rivera continues, "...the existence of
of special psychic capabilities, such as telepathy, has not been discarded
yet and therefore it could happen that specially-gifted people could
see and/or communicate telepathically with
beings coming from such universes with different laws of Physics than ours."Telepathy might be applied as a kind of
remote viewing of extra-human technology, including advances in technology
that might someday be discovered by potential 'future humans' that have not
yet come into existence.
I strongly suggest that the entire CIA Intelligence program under STAR GATE
was seriously flawed, to the extent that it is represented in the
declassified record. It appears to have neglected the apparent influence of
an unknown intelligence interacting in human affairs.
Given that existing (if virtual relationships) were predicted in July 1974
by unknown exotic 'human effects' and other apparently intelligent
phenomenology, there may be some reason to document possible references made
by the phenomena to then classified work at SRI.
