About STARsteam Research

and STARpod.org

A former CIA senior analyst commented that:

"You do a service. Excellent analysis from what is officially released material needs constancy of theme and purpose, not simply "expose'" morning coffee. You do excellent analysis. I sure as heck am learning things I didn't know, but which fit like my hands in gloves I was shown but never allowed to try and put on."

About Caryn Anscomb

About Gary S. Bekkum

In a world of ever increasing uncertainty and instability, fueled by the explosive growth of new technologies, the potential for a major and unforeseen catastrophe looms nearer ever day.

STAR -- the SPACETIME THREAT ASSESSMENT REPORT -- is designed to fill the need for advanced planning for ever possible contingency -- by enhancing conventional open-source intelligence with intelligence provided by AMP sources.

AMP -- Anomalous Mental Phenomena -- is the exceptional ability of the human mind to foresee exceptional circumstances. AMP-sources enhance the selection of danger points from the set of all possible events.

The conceptual basis of STAR is two-fold.

The first is borrowed from physics. Evidence from quantum theory and cosmology is moving the scientific community closer to the concept of a multiverse, where all possible threats that can be realized actually do exist, spread across the many words of parallel universes. David Deutsch, Oxford University, believes quantum theory tell us that other times are special cases of other universes.

The implication from physics is that unknown threats must exist, so long as they are compatible with the laws of physics. They are real. They exist 'out there' in the other parallel universes which are detected in quantum experiments. Physics does not currently rule out communication between some of these universes using 'time machines' to connect them. It may be possible to exchange information with alternative futures that could warn us of impending disasters.

Even if time travel is never realized in reality, it may still be an important aspect in simulations of reality. Understanding the physics of time travel suggest new ways of approaching the use of AMP-sources for predicting behavior.

The second is borrowed from psychology. Evidence exists that the creative  powers of the human may be able to access alternative future outcomes, either by simulation or perhaps, due to an unknown process involving the physics of time. If the physics of time is involved, then the human mind may operate as a time machine and be able to access alternative futures, and information from possible futures that would be useful for threat assessment efforts.

Understanding the flow of information through a time machine in the multiverse of many parallel worlds is a useful analogy for understanding the predictive powers of human consciousness.

Our Mission:
Starstream Research is a provider of open source intelligence and analysis on futuristic national and international defense, security and risk developments.

Starstream Research (SSR) is an independent organization that relies on a network of researchers around the world with vested interest in cutting edge and beyond the edge developments in exotic phenomenology and human effects.

SSR provides information targeted to members of the defense and intelligence community by offering unique reports that examine topics considered off-limits by other private intelligence organizations.

Founded in 2004, Starstream Research is positioned to offer the public a view of the developing 21st Century, by providing a specialized synthesis of cutting edge information, background material and analysis not available anywhere  else on line.

STAR Reports survey exotic physics and consciousness concepts related to the survival or otherwise of the human race. The Starstream Research material will from time to time appear as the "Spacetime Threat Assessment Report," targeted to various select contacts in the defense and intelligence community.

Our public web portals include the original starstreamresearch.com site and the new public information site STARpod.org

Our Company Profile

STARstream Research

Open source intelligence gathering and analysis enhanced by the application of AMP --Anomalous Mental Phenomena, to enhance open source data with the power of targeted human intuition.

STARpod.org

Independent, original and timely reporting of the state of the human mind and the future of the human condition, for the public at large.

A network of intelligent and original creative minds collaborating across a wide range of arts and disciplines.

About the Authors

Conceptual basis for STARstream Research

The primary conceptual basis for the Space Time Threat Assessment Reports comes from the reports of anomalous information appearing within human perception.  Is this information merely anticipatory simulation within the human mind or is there a source? If information from outside of the light cone of spacetime causality can be perceived, then there is a strong suggestion of the existence of superluminal faster than light signals. In fact the idea of signals from the future was seriously explored under a series of top secret confidential government run programs in the United States.  The collective results of these programs came under control of the Central Intelligence Agency in the mid-1990's under the STAR GATE program.

David Deutsch, a world leading physicist in the area of quantum computing, has explained that quantum theory demonstrates that our world is merely one possible outcome in a vast infinite set of possible other worlds called the multiverse.  Far from being science fiction, this idea is at the core of developing 21st Century technologies.  Deutsch explains that what we know as other times are merely special cases of other universes in this vast multiverse.

In his 1997 landmark book, "The Fabric of Reality"  Deutsch explains that, "We exist in multiple versions, in universes called 'moments'.  Each version of us is not directly aware of the others, but has evidence of their existence because physical laws link the contents of different universes...there tends to be very little interchange of information between universes because the laws of physics predict (in the absence of time machines) very little causal contact between them...possession of a time machine would allow us access to knowledge from an entirely new source, namely the creativity of minds in other universes.  They could also receive knowledge from us, so that one can loosely speak of a 'trade' in knowledge...across many universes...a time machine is a computational resource that allows certain types of computation to be performed with enormously greater efficiency by effectively sharing computational work among copies of itself in different universes."

The CIA STAR GATE research strongly suggests that information from closely related universes can be accessed by the human mind, at least for certain special individuals.  So could the human mind be some kind of time machine?  Or has information been introduced to the human mind from an outside source using time machines?  What is going on here anyway?

In 2004, Gary S. Bekkum initiated Starstream Research, as an informal survey of exotic physics and consciousness concepts related to the survival or otherwise of the human race. The Starstream material will from time to time appear as the "Spacetime Threat Assessment Report," which will be targeted to various select contacts in the defense industry and intelligence.

"You reveal many intriguing details of the continuing fight for truth, though often masked by all kind of dirty politics and military games, and it follows that the game is not over for science at the deepest levels of reality, but qualitative and strong changes are necessary in both content and organization of the corresponding research."

"I have found your interpretations of some of the data (with reference to 9/11 at any rate) to be novel and thought-provoking.  I had not even considered that the Liberty-Weekend results might have been a harbinger of the 2001 attack."

Paul H. Smith, former DIA psychic spy and author of "Reading the Enemy's Mind: Inside Star Gate - America's Psychic Espionage Program"

From a former CIA Life Sciences Division Senior Analyst: "You do a service. Excellent analysis from what is officially released material needs constancy of theme and purpose, not simply "expose'" morning coffee. You do excellent analysis. I sure as heck am learning things I didn't know, but which fit like my hands in gloves I was shown but never allowed to try and put on."

Website Updates

This is where we'll announce the most recent additions to our web site. If you've visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first.

August 2007 We are redesigning web site graphics and launching the public-oriented STARpod.org site as we move towards a dual role provider of enhanced open-source information. Integration of blogs to BREAKING NEWS page to improve timely reporting.

The role of discussion forum has been handed off to two independent competing sites, Open Minds Forum (website under development) and Reality Uncovered.

Major Additions for 2006 We begin the process of a complete overhaul of the SSR website, including the introduction of a discussion forum, and improved navigation system. Initiate investigation of Spies, Lies, and Polygraph Tape. Caryn Anscomb joins as contributing investigator with her Trickster Tales. Interview author Terry James.
