July 11, 2009 A review of KNOWING THE FUTURE: CIA, 9/11, UFOs, and the Extraterrestrial Presence, and a preview of two new series: A strange symbiosis exists between the worlds of UFOs and the paranormal, and the international intelligence community. CIA, DIA, and other government agencies are revealed as alternative scientists and wealthy eccentrics seek to discover the Holy Grail of alleged extraterrestrial technologies. At the dark heart of this true and disturbing tale, is the "Core Story" of government contact with an unearthly presence. A strange symbiosis exists between the worlds of UFOs and the paranormal, and the international intelligence community. At the dark heart of this true and disturbing tale, is the "Core Story" of government contact with an unearthly presence. July 02, 2009 Mind Wars: Dangling a TIGER by a tale. If you pull hard on enough UFO tales, you may find one of them is attached to a TIGER. This particular tale quickly becomes particularly disturbing at the core. June 29, 2009 Smith had long pondered how to draw media attention and the President to the UFO "phenomenology problem" -- a flying saucer or two landing on the White House lawn on prime time TV would probably do the trick -- although crashing the White House gate has become more than a metaphor in the post 9/11 world. All joking aside, Smith had been so concerned that his friend Pandolfi may have known something about 9/11 in advance that he made a statement to a female Special Agent at the Baltimore Office of the FBI days later. Perhaps he should have sought out the Secret Service instead. June 28, 2009 This is a tale about a tale, filled with spies, lies, and polygraph tape. The core of this story involves high level government intelligence persons and SERPO, a "soap opera" about US government contacts with an extraterrestrial alien intelligence. For some, SERPO may be an entertaining work of fiction, virally amplified to mythic status by the Internet. For others, including a high level official the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, former CIA analyst Ron Pandolfi, and Kit Green, another former senior CIA division head who consults on national security issues of rapidly advancing technologies for the DIA TIGER Committee, more may be at stake. June 27, 2009 This is a tale about a tale, filled with spies, lies, and polygraph tape. June 24, 2009 John Gannon has served as CIA's Deputy Director for Intelligence and with Homeland Security, and he currently serves on the DIA NAS TIGER committee. Following rumors of the discussion of UFO-physics at a TIGER committee meeting, the UFO spy game played on the Internet makes a sharp detour towards allegations of real espionage. We provide new details not previously released. June 23, 2009 A "core secret" is so sensitive, its very existence is a secret. In the U.S. Intelligence Community, the tale of an extraterrestrial presence is known as the "core story." Astronaut Edgar Mitchell explains why the UFO subject is a core secret, and we speculate about the "disturbing" consequences. Knowing the Future: CIA, 9/11, UFOs, and the Extraterrestrial Presence Part Eleven: Forbidden Topics June 11, 2009 One man, and one man alone appears to occupy the best possible position to probe into the facts, fantasies, and fallacies behind the real-life "X-files" of UFOs, alien visitors, spies, lies, and polygraph tape. And it was this same man, Ronald (Ron) S. Pandolfi, who in the latter half of 2006, forwarded a series of emails discussing a possible violation of national security. June 08, 2009 Over the weekend I took a few minutes to review interviews conducted with Dr. Mitchell when he appeared on CNN, Fox, and other programs in the summer of 2008, following his claim on Kerrang Radio in the UK of a government cover-up of an extraterrestrial presence. June 06, 2009 It was my choice of one word in particular that appears to have generated the most controversy: "UFO," formerly known as Unidentified Flying Object, once a quasi-politically correct way of saying "Flying Saucer," which, curiously, is how Director of Central Intelligence W.B. Smith referred to them in 1952. In this excerpt from the Spies, Lies, and Polygraph Tape blog, I re-examine the connection of UFO physics and the politics of Homeland Security. June 05, 2009 A weird mixture of superstar personalities, scientific and techno-futurists, government intelligence officials, foreign nationals, use of the Internet in violation of government guidelines, and the personal agendas of the rich and strange has evolved into a convoluted spy game wrapped around the UFO disclosure movement. June 04, 2009 One message forwarded to me in January of 2006 appeared designed to connect Ron Pandolfi, the previously mentioned CIA analyst from the UFO Working Group, then at the DIA, to the TIGER committee: "Ron P told me that you very likely know the names of all the members of the National Academy of Science "UFO" TIGER team. If this is true, could you please tell me who they are. I have come up with something that he wants briefed to them." Clearly someone was pursuing an agenda to link Pandolfi and the UFO topic to the TIGER committee. And hidden in that linkage were seeds of a tale spun of spies, lies, and a polygraph tape incident. May 31, 2009 A review of former USAF officer Robert Collins' book EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE which explores the conspiracy of the government cover-up of extraterrestrial technology and an alien presence. May 26, 2009 The real-life business of the government's X-files remain hidden in plain sight. The government claims "we can neither confirm not deny" that documents exist showing extraterrestrial objects have been tracked as they enter the Earth's air space. Meanwhile a handful of very high ranking intelligence officials play out spy games on the Internet about reverse engineering alien technology and a former CIA Deputy Director for Intelligence is implicated in the sordid affair. May 13, 2009 My own "considerable interest," which had originated with Mr. Smith's observations, had been confirmed in an "official document," less the "classified portion" which I suspected would include information about the Chinese connection. I wondered how much more could be learned from Smith's cryptic references to his friends from CIA? I wondered what might be revealed about the CIA's phenomenology problem, and the UFO "core story." May 05, 2009 Uncovering the real secrets of Dan Smith's friends from the intelligence world involved the "reverse engineering" of "extraterrestrial" technology: the Holy Grail of UFO enthusiasts, antigravity, time machines, and human psychology. And as an official document would soon reveal, Ron Pandolfi, the former CIA analyst who had moved to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, was in the thick of it. April 04, 2009 "The man who reactivated me is ..." Uri paused, then he said, "called Ron." I was reading Jon Ronson's book "The Men Who Stare at Goats." Ronson wrote, "Was Ron FBI? CIA? Military intelligence? Homeland Security? Could Ron be MI5? MI6?" "Ah ha!" I thought. "Now it makes sense." I knew that Ron worked for CIA. And why psychic mentalist Uri Geller would claim to have been 'reactivated' for the war on terror. April 02, 2009 In September 2005, I contacted Dan T. Smith, the civilian associate of Dr. Pandolfi. Smith had claimed his friend at CIA seemed to have prior knowledge of the events of September 11th, 2001. Days after the attacks, Smith brought his concerns to a Special Agent from Baltimore FBI. Six weeks prior to Mr. Smith's trip to FBI, dream-psychic Chris Robinson, who was under observation by Professor Gary E.R. Schwartz at the University of Arizona, had a nightmare of planes crashing into buildings. Only this nightmare repeated, until the fateful events of September 11th. I wondered if CIA had been monitoring Schwartz and Robinson and the nightmare that foreshadowed 9/11. I wondered too if anyone had paid attention to the DIA psychics spies and their warnings of planes used as weapons of mass destruction, nearly twenty years earlier. March 27, 2009 In the Autumn of 2000, as ISSO operations were about to wind down, NASA had invested in a Breakthrough Propulsion Physics program to travel to the stars. Former Soviet block researchers were involved in everything exotic from torsion spin fields to cold fusion and beyond. A high-ranking CIA analyst named Ron Pandolfi popped in for a comment or two in response to his civilian friend Dan Smith's cryptic allegations concerning "the extraterrestrials at Los Alamos." Gary E.R. Schwartz would soon be testing "dream detective" Chris Robinson at the University of Arizona. By August of 2001, Robinson would be suffering from nightmares of airplanes crashing into buildings. And a young engineering student named Ziad Jarrah was preparing to fly a plane into the U.S. Capitol Building, just as military psychics had warned he would do, in 1983. March 24, 2009 Knowing the future had taken former USWeb CEO Joe Firmage on a quest to reverse engineer technologies that could only be possessed by the aliens. And NASA wanted to know what it was all about. NASA was not alone. Other government agencies, including CIA, were interested as well. March 20, 2009 Internet entrepreneur Joe Firmage had come out of the closet about his belief in an extraterrestrial presence, and launched the ISSO -- the International Space Sciences Organization -- to review possible modes of intergalactic travel. It was reported that NASA launched an investigation, worried that proprietary government information might be discussed at ISSO where foreign physicists were among the elite UFO believers. And not too far removed in the shadows, CIA was in the loop. From the files of STARpod.org March 17, 2009 What would you do if you could see into the future? And what if your visions were filled with images of terror? The CIA and other intelligence agencies have been asking that question from the beginning. Is it really possible to know the future? And why did secret government psychics and others report visions of airplanes crashing into buildings prior to 9/11? November 21, 2008 Fringe science has infected American intelligence efforts past and present. A glimpse into a hidden world of strangeness, where quantum theory morphs into minds, machines, and madness. What follows is is not fiction, but a true story of the unreal, from the investigative files of STARpod.org -- News and Intelligence for the 21st Century, and Beyond. July 28, 2008 The U.S. Government has been engaged in "real-life X-files" investigations into UFOs and the paranormal. Budget documents for antigravity research, an Air Force teleportation study, and the CIA's STAR GATE files confirm that high-strangeness has infected layers of the Intelligence Community. STARpod.org investigates. July 28, 2008 "But I've also been in military circles, and intelligence circles, that know that beneath the surface of what has been public knowledge, that yes, we have been visited." -- Apollo Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell It appears that astronaut Mitchell is referring to the so-called UFO "Core Story" of extraterrestrial visitation. There is far more to the story than Dr. Mitchell has revealed, connecting strange goings-on in the Intelligence Community to tales of "The Core Story" of extraterrestrial visitation. July 16, 2008 Now available by request from the Central Intelligence Agency are previously secret files that provide independent researchers tantalizing glimpses into paranormal diamonds-in-the-rough. Among the collected works are psychic reports conducted by the Department of Defense to monitor the activities of extraterrestrials and, warnings that New York City and Washington, D.C. would simultaneously be attacked by terrorists using aircraft as missiles to collapse buildings. January 15, 2008 Phenomenology paints a broad swath across human experience. December 10, 2007 "I remain a skeptical agnostic. November 18, 2007 "It's a strange world." It's not hard to find well educated persons who believe they have experienced a premonition of a future event. Perhaps no one has a greater burden to bear than Chris Robinson, who claims to be a "dream detective": a man who has learned to use his prescient talent for predicting future events, by understanding coded messages revealed in dreams. Robinson reported dreaming of airplanes crashing into buildings just prior to the events of September 11th, 2001. Robinson's premonitions were the subject of tests conducted by Gary E.R. October 28, 2007 For years, America's spy agencies have been fascinated with spooky tales of psychic espionage. Thanks to the Internet, the story is being told to the public, at least in part, since thousands of pages remain classified. And, like previous rumors of psychic espionage programs operated by CIA, NSA, DIA, USAF, and the Navy, at a time when those programs were classified SECRET, word is getting out of a next generation effort. The next generation of psychic spies, said to be working at the deepest level of the NSA, are alleged to be reporting interference from "an unknown extraterrestrial source." Apparently someone, or some thing, is playing tricks and treats with America's psychic spies. The interesting detail that no one is talking about, is that the interference involves U.S. psychics accessing foreign intelligence targets. In other words, the human spooks are being spooked to prevent them from gaining access to information about the activities of foreign nationals and their governments. By now you are probably convinced you have entered the twilight zone and in a moment you will awaken and realize this has been a joke. October 25, 2007 According to my call records, I spoke with Uri Geller, star of the new NBC TV series "Phenomenon," on the phone for the first time on Saturday, October 20th, 2007, for about eleven minutes. Uri called because he had heard about an article I had published with the American Chronicle about how the CIA planned to covertly study his mental powers in the early 1970s. I was immediately impressed with Uri's ability to ascertain what had been on my mind for the past few days prior to our conversation, and how comfortable I felt about discussing personal issues with him. That conversation appears to have triggered a small dose of strangeness, which is the subject of this article. Apparently my conversation with Uri Geller had unleashed the so-called "11-11" effect. Uri writes about 11-11 at his website, "I started experiencing this rather bizarre occurrence when I was forty years old, at first I thought they were coincidences, I would stand with my back to a digital clock and something made me turn around and I would notice that the time would be 11:11. October 18, 2007 Long before the new NBC TV reality show "Phenomenon," featuring psychic Uri Geller and "illusionist" Criss Angel, there was the CIA. October 12, 2007 What if there was a time machine that could look into the future: a way to circumvent the proverbial "bolt from the blue" lightning attack? A time machine that can see into the future is the dream of every intelligence agency on this planet. September 20, 2007 Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell, and other intelligence officials, have stated for the record that foreign intelligence collection efforts, notably from Russia and China, are approaching cold war levels. September 12, 2007 Today is the sixth anniversary of the terror attacks of September 11th, 2001. For most of us, 9/11 was a bolt from the blue, temporarily shocking us out of our complacency. September 10, 2007 The reappearance of Osama bin Laden (OBL) in a new video is a reminder of an on-going threat for terrorist attacks on the scale of the 9/11 events. June 27, 2007 A Bridge Between Worlds Human time machines are being tasked in the war on terror. May 04, 2007 His name is Dan T. April 23, 2007 First, a few caveats about the following rant. April 21, 2007 Ground-breaking scientific papers that truly excite the mind, filled with brilliant insight and depth into the possible nature of reality, have been few and far between. April 21, 2007 When a former USAF Counterintelligence officer told a TIGER Committee member he had received classified information from current government officials, our investigation revealed a trail of spies, lies and polygraph tape. In the United States of America, there is no statue of limitation for espionage, even if the source of the security breach remains embedded in a tale of other worlds. At issue: Rumors passed among members of the intelligence community about the government's "core story" of contact with intelligent beings not from this world. Twenty years ago Howard Blum, author and former reporter for the New York Times, investigated clandestine government interest in the UFO phenomena, in his out-of-print book, "Out There: The Government's Secret Quest for Extraterrestrials." In 2006, Starstream Research picked up the trail left behind by Blum, when we networked with past and present day government intelligence officers and their associates in the private sector. Blum tells the story of a U.S. Government Secret Working Group, tasked with examining the UFO enigma. Blum also confirms something we were told by an associate of a Senior Intelligence Official: The CIA and other intelligence agencies that monitor foreign activities, may also turn their eye against citizens of the United States. According to Blum, on page 166 of the paperback edition of "Out There," "The ranking CIA representative to the Working Group ... March 11, 2007 "Intelligence requires secrets. March 03, 2007 An anonymous government source explains the strange tale of a former USAF Counterintelligence Officer and the UFO tales that sparked an investigation. Since we released the first in a series of stories under the title "EXEMPT from Legal Recourse," we have been subjected to critical evaluation from several directions. On the one hand we have been accused of being cryptic and unclear about our investigation. February 22, 2007 For spies like us, the smoke and mirrors world of espionage remains comfortably concealed in the guise of journalists investigating government officials. December 15, 2006 Leaked background information from Washington insider Dan T. December 15, 2006 Recent communications between Starstream Research and Caryn Anscomb, our contributor in London, continue to paint a bizarre picture of behind-the-scenes jockeying for position by various players in the phenomenology game. November 21, 2006 Were secure vaults breached at Los Alamos, a USAF base, and other locations? A national security issue buried in a UFO tale has been interpreted to an official under the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. November 07, 2006 Undisclosed government and other sources have confirmed to the private intelligence report www.startreamresearch.com that the FBI has been apprised of concerns over a possible national security breach involving former government intelligence officers. An on-going investigation by Starstream Research revealed that in late August of this year three agents of the Washington Bureau of the FBI met with an undisclosed party and discussed a UFO tale involving several former and present government intelligence officers. October 21, 2006 Allegations of Federal Investigation Over UFO Tale This has become a difficult story to tell; a tale not unlike superstring M-theory, that consists in part of mystery, magic (or should that be 'MAJIC'?) and murkiness. October 21, 2006 Recently there has been some discussion of the non-technological phenomenological solution. Starstream Research launched the "Invasion: Earth?" series to examine the question of intelligent interference in human affairs. October 02, 2006 Iranian student Mohammad Mansouryar wants to lead a world wide revolution in physics, but is anyone listening? On Saturday, July 1st, 2006, I received the following request from physicist Jack Sarfatti, in San Francisco: "Hey Gary what's the name of that kid from Tehran you told me about a year ago or so? I forgot his name. September 26, 2006 Certain individuals associated with Starstream Research need to 'fess up. "Up to this point I have been laissez-faire about your articles. September 20, 2006 Starstream Research has been engaged for over a year with a team of physicians who are brain researchers, PhD's who do cultural and clinical psychology research, and who alert us to DARPA BAA's, other DoD open initiatives, and copies of unclassified requests for proposal and their responses. According to one source, "While it is too early to reach definitive conclusions, the following can be stated with reasonable confidence: Several years ago, three separate elements of the Intelligence Community began reaching out to the open Academic Community for briefings and advice on Detection of Deception research opportunities, especially with tools earlier sponsored by NASA, Air Force, and even NIH research in direct central nervous system measurements of cognitive pathways of telling lies, or confabulation." Some of the proposals are directed towards cultural and context-dependent counter-terrorism and border screening situations. September 06, 2006 In the intelligence community an item is considered to be actionable if information and analysis point to a clear path of action that may be taken to achieve a goal, such as preventing a terrorist attack. When Starstream Research uncovered CIA STAR GATE files suggesting the 9/11 events, we asked our intelligence contacts whether or not the previously classified reports should have been considered actionable information. September 03, 2006 Dreams are the simulations of other worlds, often with very different rules of behavior from our waking reality. August 27, 2006 The powers that be, those that supervise intelligence operations and disclosure of government interests and applications of phenomenology, are operating in the darkness. Starstream Research maintains close contact with a private party that has provided us with evidence that he interacts with a high ranking government officer and an independent government consultant. August 14, 2006 Starstream Research interviews author Terry James about his novel, and the truth behind the dark dimension of alien technology and otherworldly beings. "So, believing God’s Word as absolute Truth, I have to believe they are presently intertwining themselves with government and science in clandestine, dark project areas. August 07, 2006 Counter-intelligence and the Power of Remote Influence Part One: Resurrection More than ten years ago, the U.S. Government revealed official interest in the use of mind-over-matter during the height of the cold war. August 03, 2006 Government consultant Ingo Swann's tale of covert extraterrestrial activity on the moon takes on a new twist, now that the CIA STAR GATE documents support many of his claims. This is the bizarre true tale of Ingo Swann's psychic work for the U.S Government, at various agencies including the CIA and the DIA (now substantiated by the CIA release of roughly two thirds of the existing STAR GATE documents) and his personal allegations of a mysterious black operation that first contacted him during the peak of CIA sponsored testing at the Stanford Research Institute. If Ingo Swann is to be believed, and this coming from a man with top secret clearance that in his day briefed and trained officers from the USAF, the Defense Intelligence Agency, INSCOM, and many others too numerous to mention, then there is some truth to the rumors of an otherworldly intelligence working behind the scenes here on Earth. July 06, 2006 Starstream Research has pulled my on-going investigative news article from publication at the request of an official of the U.S. government, and his associate in the private sector. June 30, 2006 Defense Intelligence Agency used human 'time machines' to view images of terror attack in New York City: "Newspaper headlines have something to do with a collapse of a building - a lot of people hurt or injured. June 30, 2006 Does the future reach backwards to determine the past? The reasonable answer is no, at least not in the material universe around us. For conscious sentient intelligent beings, the answer isn't so simple. May 20, 2006 Revelation of the NSA domestic phone record collection program is only the tip of the iceberg. May 14, 2006 Several recent controversial discoveries in the world of physics may portend the arrival of new weapons of mass destruction far more powerful and compact than atomic bombs. April 02, 2006 In the real-life world of psychic spies, paranormal goat killers, and Skinwalkers haunting remote regions of Utah, all roads lead to Ron, a high ranking former CIA analyst, and the "core story" of a shadowy group of government insiders popularly known as "The Aviary." Tricky Fish This is a true story about a couple of "tricky fish" floating in the intelligence pond affectionately known as "The Aquarium." Like all good fish tales, the size of the catch has almost certainly been exaggerated. March 28, 2006 One of our beltway contacts hinted that his friend at CIA was aware of the 9/11 events prior to their occurrence. November 30, 1999 Several sources, including investigative journalist Gus Russo, are reporting America's psychic spy program is alive and well, hidden in the depths of the National Security Agency. |

A former CIA senior analyst commented: "You do a service. Excellent analysis from what is officially released material needs constancy of theme and purpose, not simply "expose'" morning coffee. You do excellent analysis. I sure as heck am learning things I didn't know, but which fit like my hands in gloves I was shown but never allowed to try and put on."
